Welcome to the Southland Property Investors’ Association (SPIA)

The Southland PIA (SPIA) is one of seventeen associations across New Zealand, covering a wide area from Te Anau in the west to Gore in the east, and from Bluff to Lumsden. Our mission is to provide education, networking, and advocacy for our members, whether they own a single rental or an extensive portfolio.

Our monthly meetings alternate between Invercargill and Gore, making it easy for members from all over the region to attend. These meetings provide invaluable opportunities to learn from industry experts, discuss market trends, and connect with like-minded investors.

As a SPIA member, you’re also part of the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation (NZPIF), which advocates for property investors at a national level and offers exclusive discounts and benefits.
